Have you moved ahead with your health goals?  What were some things that helped you keep on track and what are some things that sunk your ship?  I know for me.... moving away from additives which are often addictive was hard but once I moved away from them I started feeling so much better which was a great motivator kept me going.  Also it seems we all have a challenge we personally struggle with.  Mine is Dr Pepper... I so often really want one but usually can fend off this craving. Share your thoughts ... I am interested in your thoughts.
