Dill Salmon & Bean Salad

Makes 2 meal-sized portions

INGREDIENTS:
1 large head Romaine, chopped
2 to 4 handfuls cherry tomatoes, halved
1 can great northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (6oz) salmon, drained
3 TBSP chopped sweet onion
2 TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP balsamic vinegar
1 TBSP Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp dried dill

DIRECTIONS:
1. Toss lettuce, tomatoes, beans, onions and salmon together.

2. Mix oil, vinegar, mustard and dill together in a separate bowl.

3. Toss dressing with other ingredients, and enjoy! (NOTE: This photo was taken before adding dressing or tossing anything together.)
