Note: Rather than frying them, I brushed mine with olive oil and broiled them in the oven on "Hi" until browned and crisp.

uhh.....I've never made the sauce, so you'd have to ask Amy. I believe she just used Tahini (how it comes in a jar at the store). Also, she didn't use yogurt :)

Christy, the recipe calls for 1 cup of tahini paste....is that just sesame seeds put in a food processor, then you add the garlic, water, salt and lemon juice?
