Mock-amole (Mexican white bean dip)

2 T salsa
2 to 3 T lime juice
2 cans drained white beans (Great Northern Beans work well)
2 garlic cloves
3 T fresh parsley
1 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 sweet onion chopped (optional)
salt & pepper to taste

Put everything in food processor and blend very well.
Serve with chips or fresh veggies of your choice! We love to dip corn chips or red pepper slices.
