1 lbs of sweet potato (usually one big potato)
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cinnamon
3 pinches of sea salt.
Preheat oven at 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with tin foil. Peel the sweet potato and cut up in small cubes, strips, or however you like. Put the cut up pieces in a bowl or Ziploc bag and add the olive oil, paprika, cinnamon, and sea salt.
Bake for 30 minutes and transfer to a paper towel. Better served warm. Enjoy!
