Taco Rice Bowl

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:

1 batch of Taco Meat

1 batch of Cilantro-Lime Rice

1 batch of Pico de Gallo

Garlic Avocado Chunks - stir together:
-2 medium avocados, cut into large chunks (Cut them into slightly larger chunks than you'd like in the end because they will "shrink" a bit from the stirring.)
-juice of 1 lime, to taste
-1/2 tsp garlic granules, to taste
-1/4 tsp sea salt, to taste

DIRECTIONS:

1. Prepare Pico de Gallo (this may be done up to 1 day in advance)

2. Prepare Avocado Chunks (this may be done in advance)

3. Prepare Rice.

4. Meanwhile, prepare Taco Meat.

5. Set all ingredients out as a buffet, and enjoy!

6. Also tasty served with black beans and/or sweet corn!
