Yes, I've seen the website....it's not one that i usually pass along to folks b/c:
1. It's pretty impossible to really make a comprehensive list of everything that contains MSG
2. I don't want folks to get a false sense of security in thinking that anything that isn't listed there must be "safe" to eat
3. People who are just starting out shouldn't even ATTEMPT to go out to eat
4. I think our time is best spent in learning how to prepare good, wholesome foods - - rather than reading labels of processed garbage in hopes of finding a few things that are free of glutamate. lol.
