Well, I recently added 5,000 IUs of Vitamin D to my diet after reading the Vitamin D Cure, and listening to Dr Horick on youtube.
I have also added Vitamin K2 daily after learning this lesser known vitamin builds bone.
Too soon to know if it helps fibro.
I get my vitamin D level checked the end of this month.
I am also going to give up all dairy and animal protien.
I was on a vegan diet.
It suited me, my skin cleared up and mostly, a very serious constipation problem went away.
Well, I went back to dairy, eggs and meat, still eating lots of fruits and veggies.
My problem returned with a vengance.
So, for whatever reason, my body can't deal.
Just have to make sure I take B12.
So, I constantly study, experiment and tweak.
Holidays were way too tempting and starting yesterday I'm exercising again.
Seems no matter how hard I try Christmas gets me.
Back to keeping all glutamates out of my diet.
2016 will be the healing of my fibro.
I just know it!
I think of you every day.
Continue the brave fight against the horrible processed foods that are causing misery and death.
I desparately need to get well so I can spread the word with confidence.

Went to the Christmas party.
I only ate fresh fruit, veggies and water.
It was hard to resist the tables bursting with goodies.
But it was a good test for me.
Healing will be mine....yahoo!
Thanks for reply Christy! I'm gonna keep at it with a no-additives diet and see if continues to get better. I have absolutely no cravings to eat out, especially fast food. Which is a small miracle in itself. All those additives/msg they add in must make you crave that bad stuff! Lol
