Hello Mandy : )
I use apple cider vinegar in my apple juice or cider. It kind of gives the juice a kick. I also drink it as a broth when I have stomach issues or a cold. I take a couple of tablespoons, smash a clove or garlic, sometimes a dash of cayenne pepper and add hot vegetable broth (or you can use chicken / beef broth), stir it and sip on it. The cayenne adds a added kick stimulating peristalsis and creates a sense of warmth on a cold day. I also like to add raw honey, tamari and a dash of sesame oil; it makes a great tasting asian salad dressing. Noreen : )
