Well, I recently added 5,000 IUs of Vitamin D to my diet after reading the Vitamin D Cure, and listening to Dr Horick on youtube.
I have also added Vitamin K2 daily after learning this lesser known vitamin builds bone.
Too soon to know if it helps fibro.
I get my vitamin D level checked the end of this month.
I am also going to give up all dairy and animal protien.
I was on a vegan diet.
It suited me, my skin cleared up and mostly, a very serious constipation problem went away.
Well, I went back to dairy, eggs and meat, still eating lots of fruits and veggies.
My problem returned with a vengance.
So, for whatever reason, my body can't deal.
Just have to make sure I take B12.
So, I constantly study, experiment and tweak.
Holidays were way too tempting and starting yesterday I'm exercising again.
Seems no matter how hard I try Christmas gets me.
Back to keeping all glutamates out of my diet.
2016 will be the healing of my fibro.
I just know it!
I think of you every day.
Continue the brave fight against the horrible processed foods that are causing misery and death.
I desparately need to get well so I can spread the word with confidence.

Went to the Christmas party.
I only ate fresh fruit, veggies and water.
It was hard to resist the tables bursting with goodies.
But it was a good test for me.
Healing will be mine....yahoo!
Thanks for reply Christy! I'm gonna keep at it with a no-additives diet and see if continues to get better. I have absolutely no cravings to eat out, especially fast food. Which is a small miracle in itself. All those additives/msg they add in must make you crave that bad stuff! Lol
Thanks for your message Christy. Can I ask you, before you got a lot better with your "fibro", did you have any strange symptoms? I've been eating additive free for about 2 months, and in some ways i feel a little better (energy-wise and more stabilized blood sugar-have suffered from low blood sugar for few years), but have had weird numbness in feet and hands off and on which I really haven't had to this extreme before, and legs have been hurting worse than usual. Did you have any different symptoms than usual or did you just get better and better? Jen
I have a question... Do you know of Dr. Schulze's SuperFood Plus Powder? Its ingredients are below. I use to take this and had stopped for a while and I want to start up again. He also has bars to eat. Just wanted to know what you thought.

I have a question about juicing etc.
I am keen to add the occasional green juice to my diet but am at a loss as to whether i would be better off with a blender or juicer.
Blenders are probably more versatile ie smoothies etc but i am not sure which way to go.

Thanks! I have a question about soy sauce, b/c like you, I am sensitive to MSG (although not QUITE as sensitive). When looking for a soy or teriyaki sauce, i look under the ingredients for soy bean, but not soy sauce (it's weird that soy sauce is an ingredient in soy sauce!) If soy sauce is an ingredient, i stay away from it. but if it says soy bean i THINK it's ok... not sure though. what's your experience? when does soy turn into MSG? Thanks!
