I'm literally laughing outloud at your chicken switch-a-roo! :)  Would you be interested in submitting your story in a bit more detail for me to share with my audience at I'm sure it would inspired and bring hope to SO many readers who battle the same issues!!

Thanks for the video! I had insomnia throughout childhood and into adulthood. I was lucky to get an hour or so of sleep each night, and sometimes not even that. A few times, I had hallucinations due to lack of REM sleep. Well, removing all msg from my diet has allowed me to sleep deeply every night. Even the tiniest amount of msg will cause that 'tired but wired' feeling I (unfortunately!) know so well. Restaurants are out of the question for me. Very infrequently, I am ‘stuck’ in a social situation. Recently, at my beloved niece’s wedding, I slid her yummy looking chicken entree into a zip lock bag, and slid my organic chicken onto my plate. Everyone was captivated by the toast! Ohhh, I’ve gotten so crafty! Yes, I’ve explained it all to them many times . . . but they simply don’t understand. I love them anyway!
