I know, I know...this photo isn't the most appetizing!!! BUT...trust me, you won't regret giving this recipe a chance! Still not convinced?!?!? Read through the ingredients list below, and you'll see it's packed full of awesomeness!!! Mmmmmm......

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup mayo
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp minced fresh garlic (or 1/4 tsp garlic granules)
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chipotle powder, to taste
1 small bunch fresh cilantro, choppped

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let sit for a few hours (or make a day ahead if you prefer).

We enjoy this sauce with grilled burgers and rice! YUM!
