Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs Brussels sprouts (if necessary, remove any outer leaves that are wilting)
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
sea salt, to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a casserole pan, toss the Brussels sprouts with the oil to coat evenly.

Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes,stirring at least once. Bake until tender-crisp.

Season with salt, to taste.
